A strange experience

I met a foreigner on the my way to go back home yesterday.
When I arrived at Tsu station, he played a musical instrument in the street. It looked like Japanese koto. I looked him at glance, then he said "Good evening! Come here." I was surprised and made a slight bow, but I ran away at once.
I like foreigner, but I was a little scared this time.

    If the strange person speaks to,it would be scared.
    During the winter vacationI saw a man who talks to himself near my house and stared at me.
    I became scared and ran away from the place.
    So,I know what you mean.
